How do I find the right size?

For most customers, our digital sizing tool works great. Just click Size Guide above choosing your size and follow the instructions.

If you would like to measure manually, please follow our manual size guide here. If you're between sizes, size up.

Do you offer half sizes?

Our shoes are available in full EU sizes. If you normally wear a half size, we recommend sizing up. The wide toe box accommodates slight size differences better than conventional shoes.

I have wide feet — do I need to size up for width?

No. All Wyde shoes are designed with a wide, foot-shaped toe box as standard. You do not need to size up for width. Choose your size based on foot length only.

Are these barefoot shoes?

Wyde shoes share the core principles of barefoot footwear — wide toe box, zero drop, no toe spring, and flexible sole — but with more cushioning than ultra-minimalist barefoot shoes. Think of them as the bridge between conventional shoes and pure barefoot: all the natural foot function, with comfort for everyday wear on concrete and pavement.

What does "zero drop" mean?

Zero drop means the heel and toe are at the same height — like standing barefoot. There's no elevated heel pushing your weight forward. This promotes natural posture and movement. If you're used to flat shoes like Converse or Vans, zero drop will feel familiar.

Do your shoes have arch support?

Wyde shoes don't have traditional built-in arch support. They're designed with a zero-drop, flat sole that lets your foot muscles work naturally. If you need arch support, the insoles are removable so you can use your own orthotics.

Are Wyde shoes good for hallux valgus (bunions)?

Our wide, foot-shaped toe box gives your big toe room to sit in its natural position rather than being compressed. Many customers with hallux valgus choose Wyde specifically for this reason.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in unused condition — indoor try-on is fine, but visible outdoor wear means we can't accept the return. Exchanges are free for eligible regions (European Union & United States). For refund returns, we deduct a small at-cost return fee from your refund.

Another great product!

Another great product! Super comfortable, nice style, barefoot characteristics. I invested in the Maia this summer and they became a favorite. When I saw these I had to preorder and definitely not disappointed. Runs on the larger size. It recommended a 40 but I when I got the Maia they recommended a 41. Decided to go 41 and needed to return for a 40 which fits perfectly barefoot or with socks. Highly recommend.

They are comfy when I get them on

Perfekt fit but maybe a little lose over the foot, however a little tighter would ruin the comfort I think. True to Its size, yet with a little extra room.

not suitable for my feet and with a defect

I also had to return these Nilo shoes for three reasons. The first is subjective: my feet are wide. I struggled to get them in because they were too tight at the instep, while they were just the right amount of width at the front. Perhaps a second opening with elastic on the outside would have been better.
The second reason is objective: in the right slipper there was a lump on the inside, like excess glue or silicon, where my little toe touches, right where my feet are widest. So when I managed to get my foot in completely, I could feel it hitting my little toe. I'd say this was a lack of quality control, and I'm attaching a photo to clarify and prevent it from happening again.
The third is that I find the sole very, very stiff, as stiff as, if not stiffer than, many other non-barefoot slippers.
However, I think if I had normal feet and insteps I would have kept them because maybe I wouldn't have felt that bump on my little toe, and they are still a good product.

Comfortable out of the box, beautiful gray color

These slip ons are comfortable out of the box, I was able to wear it out to run errands right away, my feet could find its natural splay. I love the beautiful gray color! The foot bed material is sturdy yet soft. Really glad that I decided to try these wide toe box shoes!

They are stylish and comfortable, the only thing I don’t like with them is the rubber coating on the inside of the toe box. It’s ok if worn with socks but when you wear them barefoot it rubs against the top of my toes.
