Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. This policy explains how you can change or cancel that kind of purchase.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you're buying a product that is not yet in stock. We charge the full amount at checkout and reserve your size from the next incoming shipment. The expected ship date is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, for any reason. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
To cancel, email support@wydefootwear.com with your order number.
The only exception is if we have stated different terms on the product page at the time of purchase (for example, a non-refundable deposit for a limited-edition release). In that case, the terms shown on the product page apply.
After your pre-order ships
Once your pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. From that point it works like any other order — see our Return Policy for how to return or exchange it.
Changes to the expected ship date
Pre-order ship dates are estimates. If a shipment is delayed at our supplier or in transit, the expected ship date may move. We'll email you if the date changes by more than a few days. You can cancel for a full refund at any point during the wait.
Changes to your pre-order
If you want to change the size, colour, or shipping address on a pre-order before it ships, email support@wydefootwear.com with your order number and we'll update it if the requested size or colour is still available on the same incoming shipment.
