Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from two warehouses depending on your delivery address. Below you'll find shipping rates, delivery times, duties handling, and what to do if something goes wrong with your order.

Where we ship from

  • Habo, Sweden for all markets except the USA and Canada
  • DeKalb, Illinois, USA for the USA and Canada

We do not ship between warehouses, so the warehouse you're served from is determined by your shipping address.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 Swedish time on a business day are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 14:00, on weekends, or on Swedish public holidays will ship on the next business day.

During high-volume periods such as sales, launches, or Black Friday, same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Delivery times below are estimates in business days from when your order ships. They exclude order processing time and customs delays in markets where customs clearance applies.

Sweden

  • Carrier: PostNord Service Point or PostNord home delivery
  • Cost: 49 SEK, free for orders 499 SEK and above
  • Delivery: 1 to 3 business days

Denmark

  • Carrier: Bring PickUp Parcel
  • Cost: 49 SEK, free for orders 800 SEK and above
  • Delivery: 2 to 4 business days

Finland

  • Carrier: Bring PickUp Parcel
  • Cost: €6.97, free for orders €100 and above
  • Delivery: 2 to 4 business days

Norway

  • Carrier: UPS Standard
  • Cost: 79 SEK, free for orders 2,000 SEK and above
  • Delivery: 2 to 4 business days
  • Duties and import VAT are included in the price (DDP). No charges at the door.

Germany

  • Carrier: UPS Standard
  • Cost: €6.97, free for orders €165 and above
  • Delivery: 2 to 4 business days

Other EU (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, and others in the UPS EURO Nations zone)

  • Carrier: UPS Standard
  • Cost: €6.97, free for orders €100 and above
  • Delivery: 2 to 4 business days

Other EU (Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, and others in the DHL Parcel Connect zone)

  • Carrier: DHL Parcel Connect
  • Cost: 49 SEK, free for orders 1,000 SEK and above
  • Delivery: 3 to 6 business days

UK

  • Carrier: UPS Standard
  • Cost: £6.25, free for orders £135 and above
  • Delivery: 2 to 4 business days
  • Duties and import VAT are included in the price (DDP). No charges at the door.

Switzerland

  • Carrier: UPS Standard
  • Cost: 249 SEK
  • Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
  • Duties and import VAT are included in the price (DDP). No charges at the door.

Iceland (also Serbia, Cyprus, and others)

  • Carrier: UPS Express Saver
  • Cost: 400 SEK
  • Delivery: 3 to 6 business days
  • Local import duties and VAT may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

USA

  • Carrier: Standard shipping or UPS (Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Express, or Worldwide Saver)
  • Cost: Standard shipping is free for orders $199 and above. UPS rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Delivery: 1 to 5 business days (Standard: 3 to 4 business days)
  • No import duties. Orders ship domestically from our DeKalb, Illinois warehouse.

Canada

  • Carrier: DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct or UPS (Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Express, or Worldwide Saver)
  • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and service
  • Delivery: 5 to 10 business days (UPS Worldwide Express: 2 to 5 business days)
  • Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. No charges at the door.

Australia

  • Carrier: UPS Express Saver
  • Cost: 199 SEK for orders up to 1.7 kg (one pair), 398 SEK for orders above 1.7 kg (two or more pairs)
  • Delivery: 4 to 7 business days
  • Local import duties and GST may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Singapore

  • Carrier: Standard shipping or UPS Express
  • Cost: $17.45 (Standard) or $46.00 (UPS Express)
  • Delivery: 4 to 8 business days (UPS Express: 2 to 4 business days)
  • Local import duties and GST may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Israel

  • Carrier: Standard shipping or UPS Express
  • Cost: 32 SEK (Standard) or 77 SEK (UPS Express)
  • Delivery: 5 to 10 business days (UPS Express: 3 to 5 business days)
  • Local import duties and VAT may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

UAE

  • Carrier: UPS Express
  • Cost: 350 SEK
  • Delivery: 4 to 7 business days
  • Local import duties and VAT may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

South Africa

  • Carrier: Standard shipping
  • Cost: 90 SEK
  • Delivery: 7 to 14 business days
  • Local import duties and VAT may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Other Americas (Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, and others)

  • Carrier: Standard shipping
  • Cost: 200 SEK
  • Delivery: 5 to 14 business days
  • Local import duties and taxes may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Rest of World (Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, and others)

  • Carrier: Standard shipping with local carrier handover
  • Cost: 200 SEK
  • Delivery: 7 to 21 business days
  • Local import duties and VAT may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Duties and taxes summary

Sweden, EU VAT included in price. No additional charges.
UK, Norway, Switzerland Duties and import VAT included in price (DDP). No charges at the door.
USA No import duties. Ships domestically from DeKalb, IL.
Canada Duties and taxes calculated and paid at checkout. No charges at the door.
All other markets Local import duties and VAT may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

If you're unsure about import rules in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it within 24 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, check your spam folder or email support@wydefootwear.com.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email support@wydefootwear.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes. Orders sometimes ship within hours of being placed.

Pre-orders and backorders

Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time before they ship, unless we have communicated otherwise on the product page. The expected ship date for a pre-order is shown on the product page at the time of purchase.

If a size is on backorder, you'll see the expected restock date on the product page. We'll ship as soon as stock arrives at the warehouse.

Where we don't ship

We do not ship to:

  • PO boxes
  • APO addresses
  • Military addresses

If your order is placed with one of these address types, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative shipping address before processing.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, or your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, email support@wydefootwear.com with your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and find a resolution.
