Welcome to the Wyde Footwear Affiliate Program, powered by Social Snowball. This program rewards approved affiliates with cash commission for referring new customers to Wyde. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

1. You must be 18 years or older to participate.

2. The Affiliate Program is application-based. Wyde reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

How the Program Works

1. As an approved affiliate, you receive a unique referral link and/or discount code to share with your audience.

2. When someone makes a qualifying purchase using your link or code, you earn a cash commission equal to 10% of the order value (before shipping and taxes).

3. A qualifying purchase is an order with a minimum value equivalent of $80 USD (before discounts and returns).

4. Commission is confirmed 30 days after the referred purchase, to allow for the return window. If the order is returned or canceled within that period, no commission is earned.

5. The referred customer receives a 15% discount on their first order.

Commission and Payouts

1. Commissions are paid out on the first Monday of each month via Tremendous. You are responsible for selecting your preferred payout method within the Tremendous platform.

2. A minimum balance equivalent of $50 USD must be reached before a payout is processed. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the following month.

3. Commission rates are subject to change at Wyde's discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.

4. Commissions have no expiration date as long as your affiliate account remains active.

5. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from commission earnings. Wyde does not withhold taxes and will not provide tax forms unless required by law.

Prohibited Conduct

1. Self-referrals (using your own link or code to purchase for yourself) are not permitted and will result in the voiding of any commission earned.

2. Posting your code or link on coupon aggregator websites (including but not limited to Honey, CouponBird, RetailMeNot, and similar sites) is strictly prohibited. Affiliates found doing so will be removed from the program and forfeit any pending commission.

3. Running paid advertisements (including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other paid media) using the Wyde brand name, trademarks, or product names is prohibited.

4. Any activity deemed fraudulent, misleading, or artificially inflating referrals — including fake accounts, spam, or incentivizing sign-ups — will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all accrued commission.

5. You are encouraged to report any unauthorized use of your referral code to Wyde.

Intellectual Property

1. You may not alter any Wyde brand assets (logos, images, slogans) without prior written consent.

2. All use of Wyde branding must be respectful and consistent with the brand's positioning.

Changes to the Program

1. Wyde reserves the right to modify the commission percentage, minimum qualifying order amount, payout threshold, or any other program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes.

2. Continued participation after changes are communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

1. Either party may end the affiliate relationship at any time.

2. Wyde may terminate participation immediately if any of these terms are violated.

3. Upon termination, you must stop using all Wyde branding, promotional materials, and referral links or codes. Any confirmed commission balance will be paid out in the next scheduled payout cycle. Any pending commission still within the 30-day confirmation window will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability Wyde Footwear AB will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with this program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Agreement By participating in the Wyde Affiliate Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Violation of any terms may result in termination and forfeiture of accrued commission.
